Where are your properties located?
We manage family-friendly vacation apartments across Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, and Hollywood Beach (Miami-Dade & Broward). Specific building and unit details appear on each listing and in your confirmation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may have a fee. We’ll confirm closer to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 30+ days before check-in → 100% refund
- 14–30 days before check-in → 50% refund
- < 14 days or no-show → non-refundable
No refunds after check-in for shortened stays, travel changes, or weather. See our

Do you require a security deposit?
A refundable deposit may apply for certain units or dates. If collected, it is returned after inspection, less any charges for damages or policy violations. See your confirmation for specifics.
Is parking included?
Parking is not automatically included. Some buildings offer on-site or valet parking (fee) and others provide nearby public options. Each listing shows current parking options and costs.
What fees and taxes should I expect?
Rates are in USD. Final cleaning is included. Resort/building fees and parking may apply depending on the property. State and local taxes (currently 7%) are added where applicable and shown before booking.
How many guests can stay in each unit?
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number shown on the listing and in your reservation. For safety and HOA compliance, no additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval.
Are parties or events allowed?
No parties, events, or subleasing. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and community rules.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Service animals recognized under applicable law are welcome; please notify us in advance to coordinate building access.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping inside any property. If allowed by the building, smoking areas may be available outdoors away from entrances and windows.
What amenities are included?
Each unit includes bedroom and living room furniture, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (utensils & cookware), linens and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and basic utilities. Amenities vary by building (pool, gym, beach access, valet). Check your listing for specifics.
How do payments work and what methods are accepted?
Payment is due at booking unless stated otherwise. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
PayPal, processed securely by Miami Short Rental LLC. See our

Do you need my ID or building registration?
Some buildings require
guest registration and valid ID to issue access passes. Where required, we may share guest names/IDs with HOA or building management for safety and compliance per our
Privacy Policy.
What if something breaks or I need assistance?
Please report maintenance issues promptly. We’ll coordinate repairs as quickly as possible. For emergencies, call or WhatsApp us at

Do you offer luggage drop-off or storage?
Building policies vary; on-site storage is not guaranteed. If available, we’ll confirm case by case. We can recommend nearby luggage-storage services.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes—travel insurance can cover personal belongings, medical needs, cancellations, delays, and weather events (recommended during peak seasons).
